The Allotments are situated off Randlay Avenue approximately 1 mile from Telford Town Centre, very close to the Local Centre and Randlay Community Centre.
We have plots available in two size. Our current rates as of January 2022 are
- Larger plots are available for £50 per calendar year
- Smaller ones for £26.00.
This annual fee, is payable before the end of February each year and tenants sign up to a Contract which gives details of their commitments, and ours.

- Rental of plot
- Gate key
- Security patrols
- Water
- Maintenance of the paths and car park area
- Provision of bark and muck (when available)
- Provision of two skips per year – to enable tenants to clear their plots
- Attendance at events organised by The Parish Council
- To take part in allotment competitions
- Membership of the National Allotment Society for advice, guidance and discounts on seeds etc.
- Security lighting and camera
- Communal Benches / perches
- Weed control
- General site maintenance – this is currently including an on-going project to improve the drainage across the whole site
- One-off assistance with strimming etc. if needed

If a suitable plot is not available or at the time of contacting all plots have already been allocated, your name will be added to the waiting list. You will then be contacted as soon as a suitable or vacant plot becomes available.
