Community Governance Review 2025 Outcome

The Parish Council can now confirm that, following the 3 phases of consultation undertaken by the Boundary Review Committee, the clear response from the residents for no change has been supported.

The Parish Councillors wish to express their thanks for the positive engagement and support given to it by the residents throughout this process. It has been a review that has allowed the parish to receive comments from all sides of the discussion. This has and will continue to provide a guide for future works in and around the parish for the benefit of all residents.

The Councillors also wish to thank the officers of Telford and Wrekin Council for their engagement along with the time taken to collate the submitted views of residents. It is welcomed and acknowledged that the Committee Members who were in attendance at the final meeting on the 4th November accepted unanimously the strong support from residents of this parish and their wish for our boundary to remain unchanged.

Hollinswood and Randlay Parish Council look forward to the future – working with Telford and Wrekin Council in a renewed and invigorated partnership for the benefit of our residents. It goes without saying that this includes continuing to work positively with all the Ward Councillors for an overall advantage for The Nedge Ward.
